To access certain features of OMNIS, you must create an account via Manus OAuth authentication. You are responsible for:

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to OMNIS at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Grounds for termination include, but are not limited to, violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or harm to other users or the Platform.

Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) will survive.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or through your account settings.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of OMNIS shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.
